3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 797jl login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTPs (one-time passwords) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share these credentials with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 797jl support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 797jl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to notify us promptly or if the unauthorized access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your 797jl account, whether or not authorized by you, unless and until you have notified 797jl of unauthorized access. Bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested through your account are deemed to have been made by you.
4.1 Accepted Currency. All financial transactions on the 797jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion fees are applied to transactions made in PHP.
4.2 Payment Methods. 797jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Specific limits, processing times, and availability may vary by payment method.
4.3 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may apply and may vary based on account verification status and payment method.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 60 minutes. Processing times may be extended for first-time withdrawals pending identity verification, withdrawals that trigger security review thresholds, or withdrawals made during peak processing periods.
4.5 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use. 797jl will not knowingly accept deposits funded through proceeds of criminal activity, and any such deposits discovered will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account fees or balance forfeiture policies, if applicable, will be communicated to registered users in advance.
5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by 797jl are subject to individual eligibility criteria specified in each promotion's terms. General eligibility requires a verified 797jl account in good standing.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 797jl reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional structures, or any strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage from promotional offers.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. 797jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already incurred under previously claimed bonuses.
6.1 Certified RNG. All random outcomes on the 797jl Platform — including slot spins, card shuffles, dice rolls, and roulette wheel outcomes — are governed by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 797jl does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.2 Published RTPs. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and electronic game titles are published by the respective game providers. These figures represent long-run statistical expectations and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
6.3 Game Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, 797jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked amounts to the player's account. 797jl's decision in such matters is final.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 797jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
797jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 797jl will notify registered users via the contact information associated with their account and will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "effective date" notation. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 797jl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. 797jl operates in alignment with PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Philippine market.
